Career Counselling and Coaching Services (CCCS)

The aim of Career Counselling and Coaching Services (CCCS) is to help clients to make choices about their possible future careers. This includes conducting interviews with clients, administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric tests, integrating tests results, and compiling reports for feedback processes.

CCCS focuses on personal and professional development. It is provided in one-on-one sessions or group sessions. Coaching services are mostly focused on leadership, conflict management, interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence, and other soft skills required by the client.
