Our Industrial Psychology professionals are earnings experts who provide guidance on the loss of income due to road accidents, medical negligence and workplace injuries among other things.

We assist with determining the earnings that have been lost. We also establish earnings potential associated with divorce proceedings, personal injury or disability.

Upon a briefing given by an attorney or by the Road Accident Fund to consult with a claimant who is claiming for loss of income, we:

• Receive a batch of reports from various experts depending on the type of injury sustained.
• Consults with the claimant to get a better understanding of the claimant prior to the accident and post-accident.
• Provide a written report which enables the actuary to calculate the loss of income that has occurred as a result of the accident with regards to Loss of Earnings, caused amongst other things by road accidents, medical negligence and workplace injuries. We do this by determining the employability of an individual, their limitations, career prospects, career plateau and earning potential.
• We conduct interviews and assess clients. Assessment include interviews conducted with the use of validated and reliable questionnaires designed to collect specific biographical information whilst allowing flexibility for open-ended questions and the exploration of other relevant topics to the matter.
